About Us

Brett started his career as an apprentice signwriter at 15 years of age. He completed his signwriting apprenticeship in 1991. After working in that field for 12 years he decided on a career change. Brett then worked for 5 years in the retail section of a garden supply business. During that time he gained the knowledge of all aspects of garden soils and mulches and their applications. 

All together he has been involved in the manufacturing and production of soils and mulches within the last 12 years. Over the last 4 years he has been solely involved with the manufacturing and production of soils, mulches &  composts. Brett has gained valuable knowledge through this work and understands what soils & mulches are best suited to WA's different suburbs. During all this time he has still kept up his trade as a signwriter but mainly part time due to other work commitments.

He decided to go into business for himself after recognising that he had many talents that he could put to good use, in many different industries. This is when Dynamite Contracting was born in 2009.

Along with his wife Gill, and his daughters, he has started a family business to put his many skills to use. As you will see from our photo gallery Brett has many talents and we hope that we can be of a service to you in whatever way we can.
